What is the application process for leasing an apartment? 

To apply for an apartment at The Standard at City Line, simply fill out our contact form. Once submitted, a leasing agent will contact you to discuss the next steps and help guide you through the leasing process.

 

Is there a security deposit, and how much is it? 

Our application process starts with a $75 application fee along with a $100 deposit for a one-bedroom, $200 for a two-bedroom and $300 for a three-bedroom apartment. Contact our leasing office today to schedule your tour and start the process of joining our community. 

 

Are there options for short-term leasing?
